Evidence-Based Therapies

  • Evidence-based talk therapies are psychological treatments that have been scientifically tested and proven effective through clinical research.

  • They focus on helping individuals understand and change their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to improve mental health and overall well-being.

  • The goal is to use methods that have shown consistent, reliable outcomes for your specific mental health issues.

What to Expect

Therapy will feel conversational. We know you best through what you choose to share. Our evidence-based therapies serve as different methods to gather the information we need from you. Each theory offers unique skills and strategies to facilitate change. For example, specific types of questions and techniques help us uncover important insights and provide you with effective tools for improvement.
