With over 8 years of experience in mental health, I founded The Clear Minds Clinic with the vision of creating a practice where psychology, neuroscience and compassionate care come together to support the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My approach has always been culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, and I’ve built a team that shares this same commitment. We ensure that every client’s unique experiences and values are honoured.
