  • The first session covers a few topics: 

    1. Administrative conversation (5 minutes). 

      • We ensure you are familiar with our policies as they relate to you. 

      • We cover confidentiality rules.

      • We cover the best communication methods so you know how to get a hold of us.

    2. Intake interview (40 minutes) 

      • We use this to get history and understand why you are here. 

    3. Closing (5 minutes) 

      • The session is wrapped up with summarizing and reflecting on the first session. We also plan what will be covered in the next session.

  • Individual therapy rate is $150 for a 50 minute session. 

    Couples therapy rate is $175 for a 50 minute session. 

    Sliding scale rates at $60-$90, coming soon.

  • During a phone consultation, you'll have the opportunity to share your concerns and reasons for seeking therapy. We will explain our therapeutic approach and how we can address your specific needs. You’ll also be able to ask questions about our experience, session structure, and fees. By the end of the call, we'll discuss the next steps, whether it's scheduling a session or providing a referral to another therapist if needed.

  • Payment is made through any credit-card, including a debit-credit option.

  • No. As of June 2024, psychotherapy services are HST exempt. Enjoy tax-free sessions.

  • We require a 48-hour notice for cancellation. A late cancellation or no-show results in a full-fee charge.

  • Yes. Most insurance policies cover psychotherapy. Please, confirm with your insurance company that this is the case. Your invoice will have all the required information for insurance reimbursement claims.
